Com Dev International Ltd. was awarded a contract to provide satellite components to an unnamed Asian customer, Com Dev announced.

Under the terms of the contract, valued at between $5 million and $6 million, Com Dev will provide core switch and multiplexer products for the commercial satellite program.

The contract award covers two satellites, and deliveries for the first flight set are scheduled to begin in 10 months.
