New Skies Satellite Holdings Ltd. announced Dec. 19 that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 46.3125 cent per share for the period from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31. The will be the final dividend payment for New Skies, which has agreed to terminate its program as part of its announced acquisition by SES Global S.A.
