Vivendi Universal, TF1 and M6 signed a draft agreement to combine the pay-TV businesses of the Canal Plus Group and TPS. Vivendi will be the majority owner of the new entity, taking an 85 percent stake, while TF1 and M6 will share the remaining 15 percent stake.
