Integral Posts Record Profit, Revenues In 2005
Integral Systems Inc. set records with a profit of $7.5 million on revenues of $97.7 million in its 2005 fiscal year, the company reported Dec. 12. In 2004, the satellite control software manufacturer posted a profit of $6.8 million on revenues of $90.3 million.
The company’s RT Logic subsidiary, which builds telemetry processing systems for military applications, led the way with operating income of $9.4 million on revenues of $32.5 million.
“Our Air Force business in our core command and control segment and our RT Logic subsidiary continue to post outstanding results for the company in terms of both revenue growth and profitability,” Steven Chamberlain, Integral’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement.
Integral expects 2006 revenue to increase by 15 percent and net income to grow by 30 percent. “Although our guidance for fiscal year 2006 is somewhat aggressive, I am reasonably confident of achieving these goals,” Chamberlain said. “Our backlog of $243 million is at an all-time high, while our sales pipeline is also quite promising and robust.”
