Penny Glover, managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa for EMS Technologies Inc.’s Satellite Networks Division, and her diving partner were reported missing following a Nov. 21 deep-sea dive off the southern coast of France, EMS announced.

The French government conducted a search of the Mediterranean Sea near Cote D’Azur, France, but have been unable to locate the bodies. French authorities Nov. 28 began a search below depths of 60 meters using remote-controlled vehicles and video cameras.

Glover, 42, a native of the United Kingdom, joined EMS in September 2004 and was based in France. Glover, who had been diving for nearly 20 years, was a former chief instructor for the British Scuba Aqua Club and was recognized as one of Britain’s top rebreather experts.
