The Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association (SBCA) announced Nov. 16 that it has partnered with Keystone Career Institute (KCI) in central Pennsylvania to incorporate SBCA’s National Standards and Testing Program Residential Installation Certification course into Keystone’s curriculum.

Keystone Career Institute offers a state-approved course entitled “Digital Systems Technician Certification,” which teaches satellite antenna installation based on SBCA standards and testing as well as home theater installation and broadband DSL and cable modem installation.
