Telesat Canada reported third quarter 2005 earnings of Cdn. $25.3 million ($21.5 million) on revenues of Cdn. $112.2 million ($95.5 million), the company announced Nov. 2. In the third quarter 2004, Telesat posted a profit of Cdn. $23.5 million ($20 million) on revenues of Cdn. $91.1 million ($77.5 million).
