SES Americom announced Oct. 26 a five-year agreement with Skyview Satellite Networks that expands an existing agreement to delivery sports radio programming across the United States. Skyview delivers programming for more than 20 professional and collegiate sports teams to hundreds of affiliate stations. Under the new agreement, Skyview will double its capacity on the AMC-8 satellite. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

In a separate announcement, SES Americom and Diversified Media Group announced the launch of a satellite distribution network aimed at delivering advertising and business television content. The Diversified Media Group enterprise solutions, based on SES Americom’s AMC-6 satellite, enables the reliable and secure distribution of a broad range of communications offerings, including digital signage, satellite-delivered data network, broadband, business continuity and content streaming services. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
