Globecast WorldTV unveiled Oct. 19 “MHz Worldview,” an independent, non-commercial television channel delivering international, educational and arts programming.

Based in the United States, MHz Worldview will provide “a positive view of the world through programming” from Europe, Asia, Africa and South America. Many of the station’s newscasts are produced exclusively for the channel and provide perspectives and in-depth stories not found on traditional U.S. network news, Globecast said.

MHz Worldview is available on Globecast’s Euronews bouquet and is available to Globecast WorldTV direct-to-home satellite television subscribers for $4 per month.
