WorldSpace Inc. announced Oct. 19 it plans to expand its program line up with Flava, a channel that will offer the latest hip hop and urban music from around the world. Debuting Nov. 15, Flava is devoted solely to emerging, internationally focused hip hop music, including Bhangra, Reggaeton, Kwaito and Dancehall.
