Space Communications Corp. (SCC) announced it would deploy a satellite interference detection system manufactured by Qinetiq. The satID satellite geolocation system will be operated by SSC at Superbird Platform East in Ibaraki, Japan, in order to help ensure operation of the Superbird satellites.
