Vista Satellite Communications Inc. and Winnercomm Inc. signed a multi-year contract for Vista to provide satellite telecasts of sporting events produced by Winnercomm.

Vista will uplink in Ku-band from venues throughout the United States, providing coverage of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association, Major League Soccer and the Professional Bowlers Association. The signals will be downlinked to cable headends, local television affiliates, direct-to-home satellite networks and other distribution facilities.
