Caprock Communications announced Oct. 4 it opened of a new operations center in Ciudad Del Carmen, Mexico. The facility will serve as a regional sales office and technical support center and adds to Caprock’s privately owned and operated global infrastructure, which includes four international teleports and seven other operations centers.

“By opening an operations center in Mexico, we are able to significantly improve response times for installation and operations services to both new and existing customers across Southern Mexico, the Caribbean and the Bay of Campeche,” Caprock President and COO Errol Olivier said.
