BSkyB rolled out its new My Sky service intended to improve the company’s customer service features offered to its U.K customers.

Using the remote control, customers now will be able access their Sky statement and read frequently asked questions about technical problems, billing, equipment, Sky Box Office and interactive issues. Users also will able to apply for Sky’s loyalty credit card and get information on Sky products and services such as Sky+ (the personal video recorder service) and Sky HD (high definition).
