New Skies Satellite Holdings Ltd. announced Sept. 20 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2005 in the amount of $0.463125 per share, payable on or about Oct. 15 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30.

Panamsat Holdings Corp. announced Sept. 19 its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of 2005 in the amount of $0.3875 per share, payable on or about Oct. 14 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30. Panamsat said the quarterly rate is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis.
