BSkyB extended its agreement to continue coverage of the UEFA Champions League for another three years. BSkyB had a year left on its current deal.
The new deal will see BSkyB able to broadcast up to 103 live matches a year through the 2008-2009 season. The agreement allows BSkyB to offer online streaming of games on Sky Sports Broadband while they are being broadcast on television.
