The Russian Federal Space Agency and the Ukrainian National Space Agency signed an agreement Aug. 18 to cooperate in space exploration, according to press reports.
The agreement covers a variety of projects, including joint launches of the Cyclone-2 launch vehicle, Sea Launch and Ground Launch programs and Ukraine’s participation in the new Clipper reusable manned spacecraft.
