Echostar Communications Corp. cut the price of its service up to 32 percent for new subscribers in six U.S. cities, the company announced July 19. New customers in Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, Mo., Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Sacramento, Calif., can subscribe to Dish Network’s Digital Home Advantage service for $19.99 per month for a year, including free installation and a free digital video recorder. The offer expires Aug. 15.
