Panamsat Holdings Corp. will pay a quarterly dividend of about 39 cents per share for the period from April 1 to June 30. The dividend will be payable on or about July 15 to the stockholders of record as of June 30. The company said the dividend is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis.
