Digiweb Ltd. announced June 19 it completed the acquisition of Tiscali‘s satellite broadband business. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Digiweb said the acquisition will be seamless to Tiscali’s customers and Digiweb will take over all aspects of support and ongoing provision of services to new customers, effective immediately.
