Westchester County, N.Y. Could Be Next Municipality To Track Sex Offenders Via Satellite

The Associated Press reported April 22 said Westchester County, N.Y. County Executive Andrew Spano (D) urged judges impose the tracking via satellite of all sex offenders that are placed on probation during his annual State of the County address.
