PolarSat said it entered into a long-term strategic agreement with General Post and Telecom Co. (GPTC) of Libya under which PolarSat will deliver its VSAT technology to GPTC clients throughout Libya. Initially, PolarSat will deliver its FlexiDAMA Star & Mesh VSAT solution to GPTC addressing the immediate telecommunications needs of the country’s oil companies. Follow-up deliveries will be targeted to other enterprise sectors.
