Mobile satellite services operator Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Co. will be getting its third satellite later this year, Middle East North Africa Financial Network reported March 29. Boeing is manufacturing the satellite. The report cited a Thuraya official as saying the satellite was supposed to be delivered earlier this year, but was delayed to ensure the satellite’s quality. Information on when the satellite would be launched was not reported.
