NewCom Taps Intersputnick For Capacity On Express-3A

Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications said signed a contract with NewCom International Inc., under which NewCom has leased 32 MHz of transponder capacity on the Russian Express-3A satellite located at 11? West. NewCom will use the capacity to provide telecommunications and data services between the United States and Cuba. Financial terms of the lease deal were not disclosed.
