The Global VSAT Forum and the Satellite Users Interference Reduction Group (SUIRG) announced they have joined forces to strengthen their respective efforts to fight satellite RF interference. The agreement reached between the two organizations goes into effect during the SATELLITE 2005 conference and exhibition, being held this week at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The two non-profit organizations share many members and, under the coordination agreement, aim to strengthen their efforts to identify, quantify and effectively address sources of intentional and unintentional signal interference worldwide.
