EchoStar Communications Corp. reported a 25 percent increase in revenues in 2004 to $7.15 billion from $5.74 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2003. However, the company said reported a decrease in net income throughout the same period from $225 million in 2003 to $215 million in 2004. EchoStar ended 2004 with 10.905 million subscribers to its Dish Network direct-to-home satellite television service, up 1.48 million from its year-end subscriber total in 2003.
