ABC Companies, which sells and leases new and pre-owned highway coaches, said it entered into an agreement with Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) under which FMS will provide ABC a satellite-based coach tracking, locating and reporting system. ABC said it will use the FMS solution for internal tracking requirements as well as provide the solution to its customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
