Arianespace said it is delaying the launch of an Ariane 5 until Feb. 12 after an anomaly occurred with the ground equipment. The rocket will carry the Xtar-Eur X-band telecommunications satellite along with two other payloads. The launch had been scheduled for Feb. 11. Arianespace said it is replacing equipment on the Ariane 5 launcher in response to the problem.
