New Skies Satellites BV said it is seeking an amendment to its existing credit facilities via Deutsche Bank. The amendment is being sought in connection with the initial public offering of New Skies Satellite Holdings Ltd., New Skies’ indirect parent company. New Skies is seeking, among other changes, an increase in the size of the revolving credit facility, new financial covenant levels and a reduction in the pricing of the facilities.
