Telenor Satellite Services announced a series of money-saving communications programs for the maritime industry:

• Telenor 2005 Free Inmarsat Fleet Airtime Program: Telenor is offering up to $3,000 worth of free airtime for new Inmarsat Fleet F77 or F55 terminal activations and up to $2,000 for new Fleet F33 terminal activations. The free airtime, exclusive to Telenor, requires a one-year service contract.
• Inmarsat A To Fleet Migration Program: Telenor extended this migration program, which gives customers upgrade to a Fleet service program from Inmarsat A before the end of 2005, with up to $3,500 of free air time. Free airtime must be used within 12 months of activation of a new Fleet terminal.
• Super Quiet Time: Telenor has extended this program through the end of 2005, which offers customers who make pre-paid voice calls over Inmarsat-B, -M, Mini-M, GAN, Fleet and Swift rates as low as 99 cents per minute. Super Quiet Time rates apply from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. GMT Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day, GMT, during the weekends.
