Merrimac Industries Inc. said it received a $1.3 million order from The Boeing Co. to supply its Integrated Defense Systems division with beamforming networks and RF/microwave signal processing components for Boeing’s IIF GPS satellites.

The order is part of a contract, which Boeing estimated would reach $4.4 million in value, which Merrimac won in September 2003. This order was the second option Boeing exercised as part of that contract.
