Norsat CFO Resigns

The board of directors at Norsat International Inc. said that the company’s chief financial officer, Troy Bullock, tendered his resignation effective Feb. 28. According to the company, he is leaving Norsat to accept a position at an unnamed pre-initial public offering telecommunications company.
