The Mobile Satellite Users Association (MSUA) said today that Scott Chase will take over as president, effective Jan. 3, 2005, succeeding retiring president Ahmad Ghais. Chase brings more than 20 years of satellite industry communications experience to the association. He has previously served as publisher of the satellite industry products of Access Intelligence, known at the time as PBI Media, and was also the editor of sister publication Via Satellite magazine.
