Bridges TV, an English-language American Muslim television network is the latest addition to GlobeCast WorldTV. Bridges TV will be available through subscription. The network aims to appeal to the under-served niche market of affluent American Muslims that are a young and well-educated demographic.
There are now 122 international and multicultural television and radio channels exclusively available through GlobeCast WorldTV Direct Satellite in America. David Sprechman, GlobeCast America president and CEO is delighted to have Bridges TV as part of the platform. He commented, “Bridges TV represents an historic moment in American television as it aims to give American Muslims a voice and a positive image that can only be achieved through mass audience distribution, for which direct-to-home satellite is key.”
