Jetix Europe, reportedly one of the largest providers of childrens’ entertainment programming to satellite pay-TV operators, named Paul Taylor as its new CEO. Taylor has been interim CEO since July. Jetix Europe, formerly known as Fox Kids Europe, operates more than 13 channels with a reach of 37 million households in 58 countries.

Taylor believes his company is well-placed to build on its already strong market position. He comments, “Since its launch eight years ago, our company has grown into the dynamic leader in pan-European kids entertainment and now, with the creation and launch of the global brand Jetix within the Walt Disney company, we have greatly strengthened our competitive position and potential in the international kids media marketplace.”
