Globecomm Systems Inc. [GCOM] renamed its wholly owned subsidiary NetSat Express Inc. to a more branded Globecomm Network Services Corp., reflecting the evolution of the subsidiary’s business into a total communications provider. When launched in 1996, NetSat Express only provided two-way Internet connectivity via satellite.
