India Joins Galileo Effort

Satellite Today has learned that India is expected to strike a deal with and invest in the European Union‘s Galileo satellite navigation project, but no amount of that investment has been revealed. India joins a growing level of international participation outside of the European continent in the Galileo project. The current list of countries includes China, Israel, Russia, Australia, South Korea, Mexico and Brazil.
