China Launches Weather Satellite

Satellite Today has learned that China yesterday successfully launched a meteorological satellite that will be used to monitor natural disasters. The No. 2 Fengyun C satellite was launched into orbit onboard a Long March 3A rocket from the Xichang Satellite launch center in Sichuan.
