Satellite Deal Of The Day

  • Hughes Network Systems Inc. has inked a deal with Ukrainian-based information technology and telecommunications company Datasat to extend Datasat’s existing satellite business network. Under the contract, Hughes will supply Datasat with a Direcway network operations center and 1,000 DW6000 remote satellite terminals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
