- ATK [ATK] completed its acquisition of the PSI Group following a review of the transaction by the Federal Trade Commission. PSI is a components designer and manufacturer for military and commercial space-based applications. ATK will use the acquisition to strengthen its advanced space-systems business and to improve opportunities in the spacecraft-integration and satellite-technology markets.
