EMS Satellite Networks, a division of EMS Technologies Inc. [ELMG], hired Penny Glover as managing director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Glover comes to EMS with more than 15 years of satellite industry experience, most recently with SES Astra. She also served a stint with the European Space Agency.
