Pegasus Faces Nasdaq Delisting

Pegasus Communications Corp. [PGTVE] said that, starting today, the company’s ticker symbol will be followed by an “E,” indicating the company has failed to comply with one of the Nasdaq‘s requirements for continued listing. According to Pegasus, the Nasdaq said the late completion of the review of certain investments constituted a delinquent Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Pegasus has asked for a hearing on the matter.
