Globecomm Systems Inc. [GCOM] was awarded two contracts totaling $7.7 million for satellite up-linking infrastructure. Although the company did not specifically identify from whom the contracts came, Globecomm said one contract was from a U.S. government customer and the other from a direct-to-home service provider.
