Telkonet Appoints New VP/Satellite Networks

Telkonet Inc. [TKO] appointed Blair Gilbert as vice president of satellite networks. Gilbert brings 24 years of experience to his new company, and he most recently served as director of business development for Pegasus Communications. At one time, he was acting COO for Comcast Satellite Communications.
