U.K.-based pay-TV operator BSkyB has announced that Jeremy Darroch will assume the duties of CFO on Aug. 16. Darroch currently is group finance director of Dixons Group plc. BSkyB’s CFO Martin Stewart will remain in the post until Aug. 4.
