Networkcar, a Reynolds and Reynolds [REY] company, signed an agreement with Johnson Industries under which Johnson will market Networkcar’s fleet-management system to its customers. Networkcar’s system collects and organizes detailed performance- and location-based information directly from a vehicle’s engine computer and GPS system; it then is transmitted wirelessly and is made available for online viewing by fleet managers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
