Globecomm Systems [GCOM] has entered the ethnic-programming video business by launching a direct-to-home video platform into Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The platform offers a full range of video-distribution capabilities, including program origination, video turnaround, advertising insertion, a full spectrum of video equipment, complete billing and collection services, and conditional access.
