Quantum Connections launched its satellite-based, high-speed Internet access to customers in southern Michigan and in northern Indiana. Subscribers to the product, Q- Sat, can surf the net at speeds as fast as 400 Kbps for $59.95 per month plus a one-time installation and equipment fee of $59.95.
