PreCash, EchoStar Partner To Process DISH Payments

PreCash Inc. formed a partnership with EchoStar Communications Corp. [DISH] that will enable participating PreCash locations to begin processing Dish Network payments using the Viewer’s Instant Payment (VIP) Card from PreCash. The reusable VIP card is linked electronically to the customer’s DISH Network account, which allows customers to make payments in any amount to $1,000. Customers present their VIP card, and their transaction posts automatically, allowing them to watch their DISH Network service as soon as they get home. The VIP card itself does not hold any value, which protects customers’ funds should the card be lost or stolen.
