Polk Audio officials said that the company has signed a license and technology agreement with XM Satellite Radio [XMSR] to collaborate on the development of a high performance XM Satellite Radio component tuner for use with existing premium home audio systems. Officials said the component is expected to be ready for delivery in October with a suggested retail price of $329. A detailed list of specifications is expected to be available in June. Terms of the technology agreement were not disclosed.
